Love Island 2020 has propelled a fresh collection of cast members into reality TV stardom, and we are here for it.

The show has produced countless iconic pop culture moments and Winter Love Island has been no different – Siânnise Fudge‘s death stare still reigns supreme as the top meme of 2020 so far and we’re not even two weeks in.

And, like many contestants in bygone series (we’re looking at you, Curtis Pritchard and Dani Dyer), some of this year’s lot come with some rather famous baggage.

So while the class of 2020 might have now found fame in their own right, there are a few in the villa who have prior claims to fame.

Sophie Piper

Sophie, 21, is Rochelle Humes’ younger half-sister but her famous family member has yet to be mentioned in the Love Island villa.

This is especially baffling given that the family resemblance between Sophie and Rochelle is a strong one.

Sophie even picked up on the fact that her date Connagh with a G resembled Anthony Joshua’s brother – but still, it seems that no one is any the wiser about her family.

It’s clear she has Rochelle in her corner – with The Saturdays singer showing her support on Sophie’s Instagram after it was announced that she would be joining the line-up.

‘Good luck baby sis. Bring us back a keeper,’ the TV presenter said.

On the subject of her relationship with her Rochelle, Sophie told MailOnline: ‘There was a period where we weren’t in contact.

‘It was weird growing up not knowing Rochelle but since we have spoken we speak every day so it is nice all of us being in each other’s lives now.’

But not only has Sophie not mentioned this claim to fame on screen, but the show haven’t either.

Perhaps she’s saving Rochelle up as a surprise visitor if she makes it to the final and gets to invite her family to the villa?

Luke Trotman

Semi-professional footballer Luke Trotman’s mum Beverley is a singer too, having appeared on season 4 of X Factor in 2007.

The 22-year-old revealed prior to going into the villa that he was seen on TV as a youngster cheering her on in the live shows.

‘I appeared on TV cheering her on in the audience,’ he said.

‘She’s done a few musicals and she’s in the Kingdom Choir now…but she didn’t perform at Harry and Meghan’s wedding!’

Although Louis Walsh shared some doubts as to her star potential at her audition, Simon Cowell told Beverley: ‘In my opinion, one of the best auditions we’ve had this season…I thought you were terrific.’

She made it all the way to the live shows and finished sixth.

Lewis Capaldi and Paige Turley

Paige Turley

Paige, 22, was previously in a relationship with none other than chart-topper Lewis Capaldi.

Speaking on The Edge in New Zealand, 23-year-old Capaldi said: ‘I’ve known her for years. 18 when we first met, 19 when we started going out, 20 when we finished going out. It was very amicable, the split.’

‘She never told me she was going on it,’ Lewis conceded.

‘It would have been a nice heads up. But I mean, fair play, good luck to her.’

The singer added: ‘I’ll be f***ing watching it. Aye, I’ll be watching it, I’ll be going “go on Paige, come on”. When she’s on a date with a boy, “come on, kiss him”. I hope she wins.’

On top of that, Paige is a singer in her own right, having appeared on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2012 when she was 14.

Before entering the villa, Paige said she and Lewis are ‘still pals.

She said: ‘We went out when we were younger. I was about 17 or 18, we were together for about a year. It ended really amicably.’

Love Island is next on tonight at 9pm on ITV2.

Love Island’s Connor Durman storms off as he’s left fuming over Sophie Piper joke

Trouble in paradise? (Picture: Rex)

Connor Durman appeared to lose his head in tonight’s Love Island as he stormed off from Sophie Piper ahead of the re-coupling.

Connor and Sophie, who have been a pretty solid couple since the first day, were sat with the seemingly solid Shaughna Phillips and Callum Jones, where they were having a little couple’s chat about the villa’s new arrivals.

New boys Luke Trotman and Luke Mabbott certainly ruffled feathers when they arrived in South Africa last night ahead of the re-coupling – and it seems that Connor has already gotten a little bit stressed with the situation.

As Sophie listed off all the positive qualities the new Lukes have, Connor didn’t seem best impressed, and decided to walk away from the conversation altogether.

‘What’s he stressing about?’ Sophie asked, seemingly none the wiser. ‘I’m winding him up.’

‘I’ll sort it out,’ Callum reassured her. ‘He just overthinks things.’

Connor went back over to Shaughna and Callum inside, and they tried to talk him down, telling him Sophie was just having a laugh.

Connor said: ‘My bird is saying how fit some other geezer is. It’s not a laugh for me.

‘I don’t like that wind up, I don’t like that.’

Shaughna said that the situation all went ‘a bit Pete Tong’ and, tbh, we have to agree with you there hun.

‘Sorry, I’m just in shock here,’ Sophie said later. ‘I can’t believe we’re even having this conversation, I was winding you up.’

Connor added: ‘I’ve been so forward with you. I’ve told you [how I feel]. That just p***** me off.’

Luckily, however, it seemed that Sophie finally managed to calm the situation down, although she did add: ‘I would have laughed if he said that to me. I don’t know.’

Things are looking up for the re-coupling then?

Love Islands Leanne Amaning has left fans surprised after branding Mike Boateng ‘paranoid’ on a date with Luke Trotman.

Cracks might be beginning to show and we’re not here for it.

The pair, who previously seemed happily coupled up, both appeared to be having doubts following a tense chat, which bizarrely ended in a high-five.

After Leanne was chosen by new boy Luke for a date, she chatted about her current couple, saying of Mike: ‘I think he gets a bit paranoid.’

And she was left pleasantly surprised by the date, saying afterwards: ‘I don’t know if I fancy him or if he’s just a nice boy,’ before adding that her first impression of him had definitely changed.

However, it seems Leanne’s head hasn’t been turned, as she was quick to reassure her beau when she got back.

Opening up about his feelings, Mike told her: ‘Seeing you on a date probably helped me realise this place is real, feelings are real.’

He added: ‘I was annoyed because I was thinking, “What if she catches feelings, what if she wants to make it open?” It wouldn’t be pleasant to see you with anyone else.’

Reassuring him, Leanne said: ‘You don’t need to worry.’

Viewers were left shocked by Leanne’s comment with one writing: ‘Yikes! Did Leanne just call Mike paranoid on a first date to a new guy.’

‘Nah Leanne really said Mike is paranoid,’ one more said, with another adding: ‘LOOOL Leanne calling Mike paranoid. She wants out mate.’

Mike and Leanne quickly became fan favourites, however not everthing has been rosy between the pair, after Mike admitted he ‘had doubts’.

Connagh Howard questioned Mike in the boys’ dressing room: ‘Have you got doubts?’

Mike admitted: ‘Maybe a tiny bit.’

Later, Mike spoke Leanne about what he was thinking as he explained to her: ‘I can’t really read you. I don’t know if I’m doing the right things…’

Hopefully they’re nicely back on track!

Second contestant dumped from Winter Love Island in shock re-coupling

The villa lost a boy tonight (Picture: ITV)

Winter Love Island has evicted its second contestant after another shocking re-coupling.

Connagh Howard became the second Islander to be dumped from the villa after tonight’s events.

Since it was the turn of the girls last week to face the axe, the villa tonight lost a boy.

After a busy week for the islanders thanks to new girl Rebecca Gormley’s arrival, they gathered around the fire pit once again to see who the next person to leave the villa would be.

Connagh was originally coupled up with Sophie Piper, but had been getting to know Rebecca for most of the week.

What happened next shocked everyone as Rebecca went out on a limb and chose to couple up with new boy Luke T. Sianesse ended uo choosing Nas in a last minute decision, so it meant the Cardiff native was the next to be packing his suicase.

Amongst the other couples, Sophie and the original Connor are back in an official couple (even after their fierce row) and Shaughna and Callum stayed together, as did Leanne and Mike.

After a minor wobble, Paige chose to re-couple with Finn, while Jess chose new boy and serious Bieber lookalike Luke M.

The result follows last week’s re-coupling, where Eve Gale became the first contestant to lose their place on the show.

However, he isn’t technically aren’t the second person to leave the show, after Ollie Williams walked out just three days into the show, becoming the first to quit.

Connagh Love Island

It’s emerged in recent days that Ollie has actually gotten back together with his ex-girlfriend, who he left the villa to reconnect with.

Ollie and Laura had dated for 18 months after meeting at university, but ended up calling it quits due to the distance, with Ollie living in Cornwall and Laura living in London.

He admitted he had told Laura that he was going on the show at New Year after she got suspicious about his frequent trips to London before the show, and said she wasn’t happy he was going on Love Island.

Ollie admitted that it ‘didn’t feel right’ getting close to Paige Turley on the show, and that was what made him realise his ‘heart was elsewhere’.

He told the Sun: ‘I now realise that Laura is the girl I want to marry. I’m so grateful she has taken me back. We’re going to move in together in London over the next few months. I can’t wait to start a life with her.’

Warning: Love Island spoilers ahead!

Love Island’s latest recoupling has left the islanders and fans in shock, and it looks like things are getting tense.

Rebecca Gormley stunned everyone by choosing new boy Luke Trotman in the recoupling, despite getting to know Connagh Howard over the past few days and even sharing a cheeky kiss.

Siannise, who had previously been interested in Connagh, made it clear that she was planning on picking Luke before Rebecca got there first.

Chatting after the shocker of a recoupling, Siannise was left fuming as she claimed that Rebecca had ‘gone behind her back.’

‘It’s literally a kick in the teeth,’ she fumed. ‘She’s literally gone behind my back. There’s no loyalty there.’

Siannise went on to pick Nas Majeed, leaving Connagh to be the second islander dumped from the island.

Rebecca told Connagh afterwards: ‘I hope I haven’t been too full on, to give you the wrong impression. I just think, yes you are a really nice guy but I don’t see…I didn’t feel like I could have a future.

‘So I had to do what I had to do.’

With Connagh reassuring her that there are ‘no hard feelings’, it seems at least things were left on an amicable note there.

Viewers were understandably left shocked, with one writing: ‘SHANICE HAS HAD HER MAN TAKE TWICE BY REBECCA.’

Others compared Rebecca to 2018 star Meghan Barton-Hanson, while some got flashbacks to the infamous feud between Theo Campbell and Jonny Mitchell.

Truly some iconic moments.

Love Island fans dub Rebecca Gormley the new Megan Barton-Hanson after shock re-coupling

Love Island Rebecca Megan
Is Rebecca taking her cues from a Love Island legend? (Picture: ITV)

Warning: Love Island spoilers ahead!

Love Island fans are already calling Rebecca Gormley the new Megan Barton-Hanson after her shock re-coupling decision rocked the villa.

Rebecca entered this week as the new girl in the villa, instantly shaking things up, making poor Shaughna Phillips smash a toastie and compose a poetic text to get Rebecca off Callum Jones’ scent.

It all seemed to have died down as the 21-year-old model had taken a shine to Connagh Howard…but no-one quite expected what happened next.

In the re-coupling, Rebecca took the bold decision to swerve the Cardiff native for new boy Luke T in a decision that meant that Connagh became the second islander dumped from the villa.

Now, fans have taken to Twitter to crown Rebecca as this year’s Megan, bringing a sorely needed injection of chaotic energy to the show in the process.

‘Okay, that was unexpected,’ one fan wrote. ‘Rebecca is Megan 2.0.’

Another added: ‘Rebecca is a mix of Maura and Megan,’ and to that we say – a pretty iconic combination of women to take inspiration from there.

Others, however, weren’t quite so taken with Rebecca’s decision – and called her out for trying to emulate a Love Island legend.

‘Rebecca is not the Megan she thinks she is,’ one viewer noted.

Another, putting a picture of the two gals side-by-side said: ‘Do not disrespect our queen, Rebecca can only wish.’

And, to be fair, we have yet to see anyone pull off a coup so spectacularly chaotic yet perfectly thought out as when Megan stole Wes Nelson from Laura Anderson in series 4.

Love Island recap: Rebecca Gormley’s chaotic decision shocks the villa and the country as another islander is dumped

Love Island recap
We know girls, we know! (Picture: ITV)

*Warning – this post contains Love Island spoilers!*

Well – what a night!

Love Island is known for its many twists and turns, of course, and through the years we have seen some truly shocking decisions made on that villa’s wooden patio flooring.

Tonight, it turns out was no exception. We had couples making up, breaking up and some truly chaotic energy being thrown out into the universe.

Here’s everything you missed tonight.

Rebecca chooses Luke T over Connagh

Rebecca Luke T Love Island
Well, that was exciting! (Picture: ITV)

Wait…what?!

It all seemed to be going so well! After making her dramatic entrance (and causing Shaughna to smash a toastie in stress), Rebecca seemed to be getting on with with Cardiff native Connagh quite nicely – even sharing a cheeky snog.

But it seemed the arrival of two bombshells in the form of Luke T and Luke M that well and truly turned the 21-year-old’s head.

After a cosy date with semi-professional footballer Luke T earlier in the day, Rebecca made the swift decision to choose him in the re-coupling instead of Connagh.

Sianeese’s face said it all really. This is going to cause ructions in the villa.

Siannese is fuming over Rebecca’s decision

Love Island re-cap
Our feelings exactly, hun (Picture: ITV)

We know, babe. We know.

Things did kind of seem to be going Siannese’s way (for once!) tonight but she was pipped to the post (the post being Luke T) by Rebecca and had make a very on-the-cuff decision about whether to save Connagh or Nas.

Chatting after the shocker of a recoupling, Siannise was left fuming as she claimed that Rebecca had ‘gone behind her back.’

‘It’s literally a kick in the teeth,’ she fumed. ‘She’s literally gone behind my back. There’s no loyalty there.’

Oh dear. Batten down the hatches, everyone!

After a wobble, Sophie and Connor are fine – right?

Love Island re-cap Sophie Connor
This is fine…right? (Picture: ITV)

As The Saturdays once sang, me and my heart we got issues. Well, if anyone had some issues to work through this episode – it was Sophie and Connor.

After storming off seemingly at random, Sophie spent most of her time trying to cool the situation down, and whilst the duo did re-couple, Connor did hint on the sunbeds that there’s a deeper conversation that they need to save for another time.

‘I just don’t want you to get stressed,’ Sophie told him.

Connor said, rather omniously: ‘That’s another serious chat isn’t it, anyway,’ before ending the conversation.

We have a feeling this is going to have to be followed up.

Nas is safe (for now)

Mas Majeed Love Island
Oh, Nas (Picture: ITV)

We think it’s fair to say that pretty much everyone thought Nas would be dumped from the villa tonight – including, seemingly, Nas himself.

Jess, who he was coupled up with, kept dropping hints throughout the episode that she would feel bad if her choosing another boy meant sending everyone’s favourite cheeky chappy home.

Luckily, thanks to Rebecca, that decision was given to Siannese, who chose Nas over Connagh. Or, not so luckily for Siannese.

‘The guy that I have chosen to couple up with, he is the life and soul of the villa,’ she said. ‘His personality is amazing and it doesn’t go un-noticed.

‘I would love for him to have the chance to find the girls of his dreams.’

Nas may have been spared for the dumping this time…but he better find a match quickly!

Love Island’s Sophie Piper and Connor Durman served up all the drama in Friday night’s episode leaving fans shocked at how ‘toxic’ their relationship has become.

It appeared the 21-year-old’s head had been turned after Luke Trotman and Luke Mabbott made their way into the villa.

And while the medical PA listed off everything she was attracted to in the two new bombshells, her man was quick to take umbrage and stormed off from the conversation absolutely reeling.

‘What’s he stressing about?’ Sophie asked, seemingly none the wiser, before admitting: ‘I’m winding him up.’

‘I’ll sort it out,’ Callum Jones reassured her as he explained: ‘He just overthinks things.’

But Connor was not having any of it and fumed: ‘My bird is saying how fit some other geezer is. It’s not a laugh for me. I don’t like that wind-up, I don’t like that.’

Love Island's Sophie Piper and Connor Durman

As Shaughna Phillips tried to diffuse the situation, Sophie told Connor: ‘Sorry, I’m just in shock here. I can’t believe we’re even having this conversation, I was winding you up.’

The coffee bean salesman added: ‘I’ve been so forward with you. I’ve told you [how I feel]. That just p***** me off.’

But despite things calming down between the duo by the time the episode ended, fans couldn’t help but comment on the feisty spat.

‘I want to love Sophie and Connor but they are so toxic for each other,’ one wrote while another added: ‘Sophie and Connor need to call their toxic relationship a day and stop stressing out everyone already.’

Someone else said: ‘Sophie and Connor are sooooo toxic, red flags coming from BOTH of them.’

And it seems others felt the same: ‘Nah Sophie is always asking Connor if he was nervous after she has spoken to other guys.

‘As insecure as Connor is, I think it’s rude she keeps winding him up and then calling him weird if he voices how he feels they need to end it, they’re toxic together.’

At the start of the series, Metro.co.uk quizzed body language expert Judi James over their budding relationship, where she warned Sophie off him.

Blasting Connor’s antics as ‘controlling’ she insisted: ‘In between these two incidents, they have been displaying the most flirting, and building proper relationship signals. But that makes it even worse because he has no right to behave like this.

‘He’s being absolutely awful in doing that. They’re not even a couple, and if he’s being like that now… That will only get worse, that behaviour. It worries me because she looks genuinely worried as though she’s done the wrong thing.’

The Love Island winner shared the exciting news with his Instagram followers, as he posted a picture of him holding his baby daughter which they have named Blossom Fincham.

Along with the adorable photo he exclaimed: ‘I’m normally a very open book and share most of my life on my social media.

‘This blessing I chose not to. I’m just a normal geeza, who went on a tv show, which throws you straight into the public eye…which I will forever be grateful for.

‘However, I knew for myself I needed personal time and to keep this part of my life private to prepare for this new responsibility and part of me that will change my life forever.

‘This is undoubtedly the best thing that has ever happened to me and it’s true what they say, the instant feeling of love and connection you have with your child is a feeling like no other.’

Love Island star Nas Majeed’s bestie has hit out at the show’s producers for ‘desexualising’ his mate.

Since entering the villa, the 23-year-old has found himself in friendship couples after failing to woo any of the girls.

But it seems as though his pals back at home are confused as to why the builder is being ‘objectified’.

Taking to social media, Murad Merali lashed out after the official Twitter for the dating show compared his buddy to a dog.

The account shared a gif of Nas running up the now iconic set of stairs before jumping onto his fellow islander’s Sophie Piper and Connor Durman.

In the caption, they wrote: ‘Actual footage of my dog waking me up at 5am for a walk.’

Murad retweeted the post and quipped: ‘Comparing my best friend to a Dog, for no reason? What’s going on here? You lot okay?’

He later posted to his almost 4,000 followers: ‘The desexualisation and objectification of Nas is unsettling to see.’

Fans of the programme were quick to comment on the status and tried to reassure Murad that the ‘dog’ remark was just a joke.

‘It’s a joke man, don’t think too deep into it lool,’ one wrote as another added: ‘I don’t think they meant it badly…. it’s a joke!’

Others weren’t as convinced: ‘They’ve been throwing shade at Nas! Gettemmmm Murad!!’ as someone else said: ‘Yikes! Why not a kid on Christmas morning?’

Nas appears to have won over his newfound friends who saved him in the most recent recoupling, despite no one having a romantic connection with the Londoner.

Siânnise Fudge had the difficult decision of choosing between her original man and Connagh Howard, even though she wanted to recouple with Luke Trotman, who had already been picked by Rebecca Gormley.

‘He makes me laugh 24/7 – his personality is amazing and it doesn’t go unnoticed to anyone,’ she stated

‘He’s always supporting me and he always pushes me to be the best I can be, and I would love for him to have the chance to find the girl of his dreams and be happy,’ the star said before announcing she would be saving Nas.

Who is new dad Jack Fincham dating and when did he split from Dani Dyer?

While Winter Love Island is full of its own drama, one ex-islander has done some serious thunder-stealing.

Jack Fincham stunned fans with a surprise Instagram post announcing the birth of his daughter.

The star, who won the show in 2018 with then-girlfriend Dani Dyer, said in his Instagram: ‘I want to thank my family and friends for your continued support, also to my little girl’s mother, who has been totally AMAZING throughout. Although we are not together we are great friends as we have been for many years and our priority is co-parenting our beautiful baby girl. Both mum and baby are doing great.

‘I am now a proud dad to a healthy baby girl Blossom Fincham born 8lb 2oz on 24th January 2020.’

Since we know he’s not with the baby’s mother, who is he dating? Here’s what we know…

Who is Jack Fincham dating now?

Jack has kept quite tight-lipped about his love-life post-Love Island.

Last summer, he sparked rumours he was dating Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry after being snapped grabbing her bum on holiday.

Lady C meanwhile hinted that the star hooked up with Lauren Goodger after the pair didn’t turn up for a This Morning appearance.

He also appeared on the show Celebs Go Dating – but things weren’t exactly successful, as he tried to set up his own date with the waiter after she brought up his Love Island ex.

When did Jack and Dani break up?

The Love Island 2018 lovebirds spread their wings and went their separate ways back in April 2019.

After some speculation, Jack confirmed the split, posting to Instagram that they ‘really tried to make it work.

The two have never revealed exactly what caused the split.

At the time Jack wrote on Instagram: ‘We will always care a lot for each other and have love for each other and I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I wish her nothing but happiness.

The two have only had kind words for each other post-split (Picture: Rex Features)

‘We have some amazing memories together and have been through a lot but something things aren’t meant to be and we really did try to make it work but it unfortunately didn’t and that is life.’

He later went on to admit that they ‘rushed it’ and if they’d be on Love Island forever ‘it would have been alright.’

Dani Dyer opened up on Sunday Brunch about the split, saying living in the spotlight is ‘tough’ but she ‘will always be friends’ with Jack.

She has also hit out against claims theirs was a ‘showmance.’ In an interview promoting her show True Love or True Lies, she said of her relationship with Jack: ‘It was beautiful. We had a great summer. It just didn’t work out. People are in love and sometimes it doesn’t work out.’

Dani has gone on to rekindle her romance with ex Sammy Kimmence – who gets dad Danny Dyer’s seal of approval, proclaiming him a ‘proper geezer.’

Who coupled up on Love Island last night and who went home?

sianeese from love island
Another death stare for the books from Siannese (Picture: ITV)

There’s been another Love Island 2020 re-coupling and, in typical fashion, it was a doozy.

In the second recoupling of the season, heads were officially turned, couples were making up, breaking up and one unlucky and (we can all probably agree) unlikely islander was sent packing

Here’s what you need to know about the new couples and who went home.

Who are the new couples in Love Island?

As of last night’s beefy recoupling, the couples are now:

  • Leanne and Mike
  • Shaughna and Callum
  • Sophie and Conner
  • Rebecca and Luke T
  • Jess and Luke M
  • Siannese and Nas

After making that dramatic entrance during the Dirty Dancing challenge, Rebecca seemed to be getting on with Cardiff native Connagh quite nicely – with the two even sharing a cheeky snog.

But it seemed the arrival of two bombshells in the form of Luke M and Luke T turned the 21-year-old’s head.

After a cosy date with semi-professional footballer Luke T earlier in the day, Rebecca made the snap decision to choose him in the re-coupling instead of Connagh.

Rebecca Luke T Love Island
Twists and turns! (Picture: ITV)

Meanwhile Siannise was left fuming as she claimed that Rebecca had ‘gone behind her back’ in choosing Luke T.

‘It’s literally a kick in the teeth,’ she fumed. ‘She’s literally gone behind my back. There’s no loyalty there.’

Siannise ended up choosing Nas to be in a friendship-couple yet again, saying: ‘The guy that I have chosen to couple up with, he is the life and soul of the villa,’ she said. ‘His personality is amazing and it doesn’t go un-noticed.

‘I would love for him to have the chance to find the girls of his dreams.’

And her choice could only mean that…

Who left Love Island last night?

Connagh with a G was left single and sent packing from the villa.

Connagh was originally coupled up with Sophie Piper, but he had been getting to know Rebecca for most of the week.

It seems their love was not meant to be however as Rebecca ended up choosing Luke T at the 11th hour.

Meanwhile Sophie chose to couple up with Connor despite their fierce row.

After storming off, Sophie spent most of her time trying to cool the situation down, and whilst the pair did re-couple, Connor hinted on the sunbeds that there’s a deeper conversation that they need to have.

‘I just don’t want you to get stressed,’ Sophie told him.

Connor said, rather omniously: ‘That’s another serious chat isn’t it, anyway,’ before ending the conversation.

Dun dun duuuun!

Love Island winner Amber Gill makes savage dig at Rebecca Gormley

Amber lets rip at Rebecca (Picture: Rex)

Get your popcorn/crisps and dip/large glass of wine ready. Love Island reigning champ Amber Gill says she knows new girl Rebecca Gormley from the Newcastle party scene, and she’s shocked fans by taking a swipe at her (apparently) unconventional love-life.

Recap: Rebecca has hit the villa like a brunette Megan Barton-Hanson after snogging Connaugh Howard from right under Siannise Fudge’s nose, before ditching him last minute for new boy Luke Trotman in last night’s fraught re-coupling.

From right under Siannise’s nose, again.

While appearing on Heat radio alongside fellow former Islander and best friend Anna Vakili, Amber divulged that Rebecca appeared to be living up to her ‘full-on’ reputation on the show so far.

‘I do know Rebecca yeah,’ Amber admitted. ‘She’s a bit full-on. That’s all I know. Newcastle is a small place but I don’t know her too well. But I do know that she’s quite a full-on person.

‘She’s living up to exactly what she is.’

The best was yet to come, as the 21-year-old star added: ‘Look, she said she likes old-school guys, right? The operative word is old – and that’s all I’m going to say.’

Burn.

When Anna immediately asked ‘how old is old’, Amber laughed and refused to elaborate. Anna then asked ‘over 45?’, but Amber just laughed and refused to comment.

Last night’s episode saw Welsh model Connaugh being dumped from the Island after it was down to the girls to chose who they wanted to couple up with, and sadly he was left hanging.

Connaugh had been in a couple with Sophie Piper, but she chose coffee bean salesman Connor Durman – despite their constant arguing.

Siannise was the last girl to pick and had to chose between Connaugh and Nas Majeed after Rebecca had picked semi-pro footballer Luke T.

She opted to keep Nas in the villa, meaning Connagh was dumped from the show.

Meanwhile, Amber won last year’s series with rugby star Greg O’Shea but the couple have since split.

Metro.co.uk has contacted Rebecca’s reps for a comment.

Jack Fincham’s most awkward Celebs Go Dating moments as he announces he’s a father

Jack Fincham Celebs Go Dating
Poor Jack had some pretty cringe moments on Celebs Go Dating (Picture: Celebs Go Dating)

Jack Fincham shocked Love Island fans on Saturday morning after he announced he has become a father for the first time.

The pen salesman took to Instagram to share the most adorable photo of him cradling his gorgeous daughter Blossom Fincham.

In the moving post, he went on to thank his family and friends for their support and despite him and the mother of his child not being together, Jack insists they ‘are great friends’ and their ‘priority is co-parenting our beautiful baby girl’.

Jack rose to fame on Love Island in 2018 where he won the show with then-girlfriend Dani Dyer.

However, the couple decided to part ways in April last year after ‘trying to make it work’.

Since then, the 28-year-old has appeared on Celebs Go Dating as he continues the search for love – and it’s safe to say he had a few awkward encounters on there.

So in light of his amazing news, we thought we would take a look at some of Jack’s most awkward Celebs Go Dating moments (sorry Jack).

Jack Fincham's most awkward celebs go dating moments (Picture: Celebs Go Dating)
He has had a few awkward moments
(Picture: Celebs Go Dating)

The time he tried to set his date up with the waiter….

During one of his dates, Jack started things by asking beauty Chiara about her tattoos.

After she told him she had one which says ‘Everything happens for a reason,’ she gave the example of their date hypothetically not going well and the waiter instead asking her for a drink.

Without missing a beat, Jack went into wingman mode and attempted to make things work with her and the poor bartender.

Calling him over, he said ‘This is Chiara,’ and, upon realising they were both from Italy, he added: ‘Well that makes a lot of f***ing sense.’

Jack Fincham's date
She wasn’t impressed (Picture: E4)

With Chiara attempting to be polite, she told the bartender in Italian: ‘He’s trying to embarrass me so I will let you carry on working.’

Undeterred, the 28-year-old told the waiter: ‘She said she was attracted to you so…’ before Chiara interjected: ‘He’s trying to embarrass me so carry on working.’

Clearly a little puzzled by the experience, Chiara went on to tell Jack: ‘I want to be on a date with you,’ before he bluntly told her: ‘I don’t wanna be on [this date] anymore.’

Yikes.

His date said he wasn’t over ex Dani Dyer

As you can imagine this didn’t go down too well with Jack….

During his time on the E4 show experts, Paul Carrick Brunson and Anna Williamson gave him feedback about one of his dates Khloe, who thought he wasn’t over his Love Island ex Dani Dyer.

In the episode, the experts asked Khloe, ‘Do you think you were a good match with Jack?’ To which she replied: ‘Yes we are a good match but things would be better if circumstances were different as I think he is too newly single.’

‘I don’t even think about my other relationship,’ Jack replied. ‘It’s not a thing.’

Jack Fincham and Lee Ryan on Celebs Go Dating
His face says it all really… (Picture: E4)

When asked if he ever talked about Dani on the date, he quipped: ‘Never. That’s a basic rule, I’m not silly.’

Anna then told him: ‘You have just come out of a really high-profile relationship whether you like it or not. It’s really for you to rewrite the next chapter, “Am I going to be Jack from Love Island who went out with Dani Dyer, or am I going to be Jack?”‘

Jack admitted: ‘I’m going to be honest, I actually find it quite hard to be dumped in front of someone and date them. I actually am struggling with it.’

He gets dates name wrong and calls her a moron….

During the mixers Jack spots ‘a sort’ called Caoney and not only does he get her name wrong…but he also called her a moron.

After deciding to go on a date, the pair go off for drinks and things get a tad awkward.

Jack Fincham's most awkward celebs go dating moments (Picture: Celebs Go Dating)
(Picture: Celebs Go Dating)

He exclaimed to the camera: ‘Even though my key didn’t fit her lock, Korney? is it Korney? She’s a sort.’

Although it didn’t go unnoticed by his date as she said: ‘You didn’t know how to pronounce my name at first did you?’

The conversation then went to ‘where are you from?’

Caoney responded: ‘Originally from Wolverhampton but moved to Devon when I was 13.’

‘I’m from South East London,’ Jack continued.

And that is where the confusion began because Caoney pointed out they lived quite far apart and for some reason, Jack seemed to think Devon was near Scotland….

Things then took a turn as he realised and said ‘oh we are not opposite ends you moron.’

Oh well never mind Jack.

Love Island’s Dani Dyer ‘upset with Jack Fincham’ over baby news amid cheat suggestions

Jack Fincham sent fans into total meltdown after revealing he had secretly welcomed a baby girl.

The Love Island winner shared his happy news on Instagram, unveiling the first picture of daughter Blossom.

However, it has now been claimed the 28-year-old’s announcement has left ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer ‘upset’.

An insider has suggested the 24-year-old is hurt that he got the unnamed mum – who he referred to as a ‘great friend’ – pregnant so soon after their split, last April.

‘When Dani found out Jack was going to be a dad she was a bit upset about it because she did the math,’ they said. ‘She realised that he must have got her pregnant pretty soon after she and him had split, so he moved on quickly.’

The source also alleged that Dani knows who the mum is, and had suspicions that something was going on between them while she was still dating Jack.

‘Dani also knows who the baby’s mother is and she had her suspicions while she was still with Jack that something was going on between them,’ they continued to OK! Online.

‘Jack’s known the girl for a good while so Dani thinks that he might have slept with her when she was still dating him.’

However, they also added that ‘she’s happy’ that he has moved on, and also ‘wishes him luck in the future’.

There is no suggestion that Jack was unfaithful to Dani during their relationship.

The couple broke things off in April, 2019, just months after they won Love Island together.

Shortly afterwards, Danny Dyer’s daughter reconnected with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, whom she dated before the pen salesman.

Jack has kept his love life largely out of the limelight – except for that appearance on Celebs Go Dating, that is.

He confirmed his baby news on Instagram on Saturday, leaving fans and famous friends shocked.

‘I’m normally a very open book and share most of my life on my social media. This blessing I chose not to. I’m just a normal geeza, who went on a TV show, which throws you straight into the public eye…which I will forever be grateful for,’ he began.

‘However I knew for myself I needed personal time and to keep this part of my life private to prepare for this new responsibility and part of me that will change my life forever.

‘This is undoubtedly the best thing that has ever happened to me and it’s true what they say, the instant feeling of love and connection you have with your child is a feeling like no other.

‘I want to thank my family and friends for your continued support, also to my little girl’s mother, who has been totally AMAZING throughout.

‘Although we are not together we are great friends as we have been for many years and our priority is co-parenting our beautiful baby girl. Both mum and baby are doing great,’ he concluded.

Love Island’s Dani Dyer has ignored ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham’s baby news on Instagram, instead choosing to share a glum selfie.

The 28-year-old sent shockwaves around the country when he revealed he had secretly fathered a daughter with an unknown woman.

Taking to the gram, he blessed fans with the first snap of the little one, revealing her name as Blossom.

As his former co-stars – including Wes Nelson and Dr Alex George – rushed to offer their congratulations, Dani remained quiet.

And the 24-year-old has now shared a snap of herself on her story, playing around with Instagram filters.

It was previously claimed Danny Dyer’s daughter has been left ‘upset’ by Jack’s announcement, and that he got another woman pregnant so soon after their split, last April.

Dani Dyer has broken her silence on her ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham shocking fans by revealing he’s now a dad.

Chatting to Rylan Clarke Neal on his BBC Radio 2 show, Dani said she ‘100%’ wanted to send her congratulations to the pair.

‘Everyone loves a baby!’ the 23-year-old added.

As for whether she knew ahead of the announcement, Dani admitted she had no idea.

‘No of course not! No news,’ she said. ‘When everyone else found out, I found out.’

And, when asked what she’s like to say in response to the news, the star simply answered: ‘All it is, everyone loves a baby and I wish them all the best. Congratulations. There you go!’

Dumped Love Island contestant Connagh Howard ‘had doubts’ Rebecca Gormley after shock re-coupling decision

Love Island’s Connagh Howard has said he’d ‘had doubts’ about his relationship with Rebecca Gormley before her shock re-coupling decision meant that he became the second contestant dumped from the villa last night.

The 21-year-old went out on a limb and chose new boy Luke Trotman (aka Luke T) in the re-coupling, despite becoming close to Connagh and even sharing a cheeky snog with him last week.

Now, in his first interview since leaving the villa, the Cardiff native has admitted that he is ‘disappointed’ by the result.

I wasn’t confident [going in the re-coupling] because Rebecca’s quite hard to read,’ he admitted to ITV. ‘She doesn’t give too much away

Even before the two new lads came in I was trying to see where her head was at, who she was interested in and she didn’t say too much…’

He also confessed: ‘I had doubts in my mind.’

The model also spoke about the other girls he had got to know during his time in the villa, including his short-lived couple with Sophie Piper, who he chose in last week’s recoupling.

On his feelings of Sophie eventually seeming to settle down with Connor Durman he said: ‘Of course, you’re going to be disappointed. But, I wasn’t surprised.

‘You could see the chemistry was there with her and Connor. I’m not the type of person to be hung up over it.’

Thanks to Rebecca’s shock re-coupling with Luke T, Connagh was left at the mercy of Siannese Fudge, who was left to decide between him and Nas Majeed. Siannese was left fuming after she was seemingly pied by Connagh in favour of Sophie.

‘It was difficult because, truthfully, Siânnise was also one of the girls I was interested in when I first went into the villa,’ he revealed.

‘She’s a very pretty girl, very sweet, innocent. I was very mindful not to say all these nice things to her, get her hopes up and then just change my mind. I was upset that she got upset the first time. I didn’t enjoy that.’

On who he’d like to see win the series, Connagh is placing his bets on Shaughna Phillips and Callum Jones. After that iconic text message, who wouldn’t?!

Love Island: Unseen Bits saw the Islanders answer the burning fan question: ‘Who’s your guilty crush?’

The first takeaway from the contestants’ responses? These people watch a lot of TV.

Veteran TV stars, from long-serving soap actors to TV presenters and talent show judges, were named in abundance. Along with a political curve ball!

Connor Durman and Callum Jones both went for ladies who have been familiar faces on TV since the 90s: the former, Lorraine Kelly, and the latter, Carol Vorderman.

New boy Luke M said Coronation Street’s Gail Platt, saying: ‘She’s got something about her.’

Meanwhile fellow newbie Luke M also opted for a soap queen: EastEnders’ Pat Butcher, saying: ‘She’s a bit cheeky.’

Pat Butcher was portrayed by actress Pam St Clement from 1986 until her character was killed off in 2012; Gail Platt has been portrayed by Helen Worth since 1974!

Nas gave a classic Nas answer by saying ‘tell you what, I actually have really weird taste in humans,’ before giving the least weird name ever: ‘Nigella Lawson.’

Who doesn’t have a crush on the queen of food porn?!

Sophie chose Snape from Harry Potter, of course portrayed by the late actor Alan Rickman in the Harry Potter film franchise. Then Mike said Sharon Osbourne, Jess said Alan Sugar, Paige said Rod Stewart and Finley said ‘a couple of my mates’ mums.’ (Lame).

Possibly the best answer of all, though, was from Leanne Amaning, who simply said: ‘Jeremy Corbyn’, with the most hilariously deadpan expression.

Classic.

Love Island’s Callum Jones walked straight into a glass door in hilarious scenes on last night’s Unseen Bits and honestly, we felt it.

The 23-year-old contestant, who is currently coupled up with Shaughna Phillips, was seen making his way inside from the deck in his boxers when he accidentally plunged into the entrance.

Upon crashing into the door, Callum ricocheted backwards and covered his face with his hands in pain.

We’ve all done been there, pal, only we’ve not been caught on camera.

Unsurprisingly, Love Island fans were in stitches over the clip, with one laughing: ‘This is the funniest thing I have seen today oh my gosh Callum.’

Echoing a similar sentiment, another cackled: ‘Never laughed as much, brilliant.’

However, others were concerned that the accident hurt, and wrote: ‘Ouch !!! He definitely needed #Shaungha to text him directions.’

Love Island has been hotting up over the past few days.

Friday’s episode saw another recoupling, with the girls getting to pick with the boy they wanted to be partnered with.

In unbelievable scenes, new girl Rebecca Gormley decided to go for Luke Trotman, leading Connagh Howard to become the second contestant dumped from the villa.

In his first interview since leaving the villa, the Cardiff native admitted that he is ‘disappointed’ by the result.

‘I wasn’t confident [going in the re-coupling] because Rebecca’s quite hard to read,’ he admitted to ITV.

‘She doesn’t give too much away.

‘Even before the two new lads came in I was trying to see where her head was at, who she was interested in and she didn’t say too much…’

He also confessed: ‘I had doubts in my mind.’

Love Island: Unseen Bits airs Saturdays at 9pm on ITV2.
